$150 per 50-minute Life-Coaching Session

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Insurance Coverage
Coverage of specific services varies by insurance company and health care plan. Because each plan and insurance company has a different policy, I suggest that you call and check with your carrier. Review your coverage carefully and answer the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Will this plan reimburse the patient (not the clinician) directly?

Please be sure to verify which services they will cover and how to submit your own claim (Note: Coaching Services and other phone consultations are not covered by insurance plans).

Billing Procedure:
Please know that you are solely responsible for full payment (co-pays, deductibles, out-of-pocket fees, etc.) at the time of each and every session. If requested, I will provide you with an itemized receipt for services rendered and payments made. 

I am presently only a provider for two insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tufts Commercial. It is important for clients to understand that I am not on any other insurance panels in my private practice at this time. If you don't have BCBS or Tufts Commercial, you are free to submit your own claims for possible reimbursement according to the terms of your insurance coverage (please note that some of these other plans might not cover my services or may only pay a portion of my fee if you send them a receipt).  

Payment
Presently, I take only cash and checks as reimbursement for my services.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least twenty-four hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
